I made a Wordle like game: Mazele
It has around 100 daily players, and I get half a cent per player per session… so 50 cents a day! Not nothing, not lots.
But if I could get 1000 people a day playing that would be $5 a day
And if I could get 100,000 players a day it would be $500 a day…!!
But no matter what I try, 100 players a day.

I’m working on allowing access to previous days games!
But for now, if you’d like more of that sweet sweet Mazele fix, it’s very badly written. Which means that it’s entirely client side authenticated, which means you could change your local clock to be a different day and it would give you another puzzle :)
Be warned, streaks might not work so well!

I made this website for people to learn and practice English: dailydictation.com
There are around 100k monthly users and I earn $2k - $3k with Google Adsense 😀
--
I made DevToys two years ago. 250k acquisition. 35k monthly users. Made $0 because free and open source. Also cost $0 outside of the website.

I just spent a year building and launching Pocket FC. Earned a couple hundred dollars since launch 6 months ago. Spent more than that on user acquisition. Bummer

Two sides of the same project:
Sportsbook API: A paid API to access sports betting odds for 20+ leagues across 10+ major US sportsbooks.
Odds Assist Pro: A site that shows live and historical odds for games a bunch of different sports. This started as a playground for me to test the data from my API and has grown into its own site that gets a few hundred users a day.
At the moment the API earns less than $50/mo which is less than server and db costs, but I'm happy to subsidize as I like playing with the data. OA Pro doesn't earn recurring revenue at the moment, but we occasionally get referral sign ups which earns $20-$100 sporadically.

My side project is Capital Friday, a biz idea and success story newsletter.
Haven't made a dime on it as it's not monetized. More of a passion project while I look for my next biz idea. It's been working though, forces me to review an idea every week. Still haven't found one that I'm 100% behind starting yet. Hope to soon!

I’m building Nerd Crawler — a marketplace for original comic art collectors. I’m at >$300 MRR but finally have a path toward $1000 in monthly revenue and audience growth with $0 ad spend. A screenshot of a couple metrics I’m proud of.
I don’t have it all figured out but my advice would be:
talk with your users to find what pain points they have and build for those.
SEO take a long time to get the results. Keep at it but don’t over index on it too much in the short term
don’t pay for marketing if you don’t have product market fit. Instead, find communities of your potential users and try to organically share or DM people there
if you really want this, don’t lose focus. Invest time every day. There’s a clear period in my graphs where I shipped and then didn’t do anything with it. Had I moved faster, I probably would’ve gotten to where I am faster

I wanted to make a chrome extension that helped remind me of cognitive biases, so I created this one. it displays a cognitive bias every day each time you open a new tab in Chrome.
I don't monetize it any way, just wanted it as a project.

The Minute Journal available for Android (iOS coming some day)
It allows you to track your days, feelings, etc.in just a minute. It is especially designed for people suffering from racing minds.
Published a couple of months ago and earned $ 3.00 US after spending approx. $ 500 US on the development of the first version.
I am still actively pushing forward the app since I use it myself every day and I love it :-)
